Return Policy
30-Day Return/Exchange Guarantee
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
If you receive a defective or damaged item, please email us first at Support@aucfilter.com. Be sure to attach clear photos or videos showing the defect or damage, along with a detailed description of the problem. This evidence is crucial for us to quickly understand and assess the issue.
Once approved, you can then follow our standard return process.
Return Process:
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please notify us via email Support@aucfilter.com to obtain written authorization and an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number(s) from AUC. You need to download and print it by yourself.
· AUC reserves the right to refuse delivery of any materials returned without prior written authorization and a valid RMA number.
· Upon inspection and acceptance of the returned materials, a credit will be issued at the original invoice price, less a 20% restocking fee.
· All items with an issued RMA number must be returned within 30 days of the RMA issuance date.
Standard Inventory Items:
· Orders for standard or stock inventory items can be cancelled at no charge if the order has not yet been entered.
· If a standard inventory order has been entered but not yet shipped, a 20% cancellation fee will apply.
Custom or Special Items:
· Cancellation of custom or special orders will incur a fee. This fee will be determined based on all costs, expenses, and overhead related to work performed up to the date and time the written cancellation request was received.
*In certain situations, AUC may charge a higher cancellation fee. For instance, if special materials were ordered specifically for that order.
Shipping
We stand by the quality of our products. If you encounter any quality issues with your purchase, rest assured, there is no need for you to return the product. In such cases, we will take full responsibility and provide you with a refund, ensuring a hassle-free resolution to the issue.

Shipping Costs
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at Support@aucfilter.com.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at Support@aucfilter.com and send your item to:
