We currently ship exclusively to the United States. All policies on this page pertain to US orders.

· Non-standard sized filters usually leave our facility within 14 to 30 days.

Your order will be shipped quickly. All products enjoy Free Shipping (5-8 Business Days).

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Currently, we only charge tax in Virginia of US.

Incorrect Address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout to ensure it is correct. We are not responsible for orders delivered to the wrong address due to incorrect information provided. Once the parcel has been dispatched, we cannot reroute it. If you need assistance, contact us as soon as possible.

Attention Consignee: Before signing for your delivery, please count the number of boxes and clearly note any shortages or visible damage on the delivery receipt. Immediately inspect all cartons upon arrival. If you discover any concealed damage, keep the merchandise and all packing materials in your receiving area. You must report any damage within 24 hours of delivery.

To file a freight claim, you must report any damage to the delivering carrier and obtain an inspection report within 15 days of delivery. Do not return any merchandise to the original shipper. Following these instructions is crucial to avoid delays or denial of your freight claim. We do not provide credit for damaged freight.
