M5 premium ceiling filter is the preferred choice in a downdraft paint booth environment where uniform air distribution and laminar air flow is an absolute necessity. Due to wide variations in downdraft paint booth design and construction, we offer over 600 different configurations of our M5 cut pads to accommodate almost all makes and models of spray booths in operation today (widths range from 15” to 81” and lengths range from 28” to 792”).

Features

  • Composed of high-performance, non-breakable synthetic fibers, the progressivedensity filter media is produced using a layered manufacturing process to ensurehigh depth load and dust holding capacity with limited pressure drop for optimaperformance.
  • A heat-bonded filter medium applies a non-migrating tackifier to eachinterlocking synthetic fiber to prevent breakage and retain paint-damagedparticles.
  • The air outlet is reinforced with high temperature resistant and supportive wovenopen mesh.
  • Extensive testing ensures that the fiber design prevents more than 99% of paintdamage particles (contaminants larger than 7-10 microns) from migratingthrough the filter due to air flow changes and/or system vibration, even atvarying temperatures.
